The last light of day bathes this imaginary landscape in shades of lavender, purple, blues, and greens. The scene evokes memories of the foothills on the western side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Living in such a magnificent landscape, one can breathe deep of the beauty and escape.
About Sandy Fisher
As a child I was always surrounded by intriguing colorful layouts, eye catching compositions, and the smell of paint. My father, a teacher of sign painting for over 25 years, inspired my creativity and imagination at a very young age. My pastimes then involved many forms of art including drawing, painting, scratchboard, wood burning, macramé, needlework, stained glass, and photography. I developed a natural eye for composition, which I apply to my photography and to my current endeavor of painting with watercolor and oil.
